El Paraíso sits high above Bogotá’s city center. Now, what used to be a two-hour commute takes just 20 minutes—and the ride comes with some pretty amazing views. You’ll meet your English-speaking guide at Portal Tunal, where the tour begins. From there, you’ll hop on the cable car and head up into the hills.
