To move your body, there’s a public swimming pool in the Belén neighborhood just south of La Candelaria and another in Simon Bolivar Park. (However, the neighborhood is not the best, so go with a local or take a taxi.) Jog in Simón Bolívar or the National Park (but stay in the National Park’s lower areas).
Or, take a bike tour with Bogotá Bike Tours. On Sundays and holidays, ride, walk or skate in La Ciclovia, when main avenues are shut to cars.

In Colombia, football/soccer is king. Watch informal fútbol games in the National Park and the National University, and futbolito (played on a cement pitch) all over town, including La Candelaria’s La Concordia neighborhoof, either above or below the Mercado de la Concordia on 14th St.
