Fruit, fruit and more Colombian fruit!
On our rides, we often stop at a traditional fruit market to taste some of Colombia’s great variety of sweet and tart tropical tastes. The Mercado de Egipto is a neighborhood market high above the city, Las Nieves a market just off of Seventh Ave., and Paloquemao is the city’s second biggest fruit market, with table after table of colorful fruit, as well as fish, meats and lots of other stuff.
