Disarmament Sculpture
The 'Monument to Life and Disarmament' in the recently-created Third Millenium Park. The area used to be a slum, and during Pres. Uribe's 2002 inauguration guerrillas launched bombs from the area at the presidential palace. The bombs killed poor people - the usual result of Colombia's civil war.
