Tourist Information
There are two public tourist information offices (PITs) in La Candelaria:
One is on the southwest corner of Plaza Bolivar, a bit hidden amongst the columns of the municipal building.Tel: PIT Plaza Bolivar 283-7115 Open Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10-4. They have lots of information, free city maps and 15 minutes of free Internet use. The government tourism site is: www.bogotaturismo.gov.co
The second is on La Jimenez, in one of the kiosks near the public restrooms between the Las Aguas Transmilenio Station and the statue of La Pola. PIT Las Aguas: 334-7106.
