The Spanish World Institute, located north of La Candelaria in the Chapinero Alto neighborhood, is a small Spanish-teaching school.
International House, located in La Candelaria, also offers Spanish language courses. 10th St and Carrera 4.
Some of the private universities in and near La Candelaria offer Spanish courses.
The National University, Colombia’s largest public university, and known as leftist and activist, hosts free ‘Spanish clubs’ every Monday 2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on its campus in the Rogelio Salmon building, Rm. 102.
